What is helpio.cz?
helpio.cz is a Czech IT company based in Prague (operated by CompuCARE) that has been providing IT outsourcing, managed services, field service, cloud solutions (M365/Azure), cybersecurity and network infrastructure for mid-sized companies in CZ and SK since 2001.
Can you provide both remote support and onsite visits?
Yes. We combine remote operations and onsite field service as agreed. The remote team handles L1/L2 tickets, monitoring and administration, while onsite technicians perform IMAC, break-fix and hands-on interventions at locations across CZ and SK.
Will you replace our internal IT department?
We can, but we don't have to. The common model is augmenting your internal IT capacity with specializations you lack (cloud, security, field service). If you don't have internal IT, we take over operations completely.

Can we start with just some of the services?
Yes. Most clients start with a pilot project on one service (typically outsourcing or cloud) and gradually expand scope. There is no obligation to take everything at once.

Pricing depends on scope (number of devices, SLA, onsite vs. remote, number of locations). Managed IT for 50 users typically falls in the range of 30,000–80,000 CZK per month. We prepare a tailored quote after an initial consultation.
How quickly can you take over IT operations?
The transition typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on environment complexity. It includes audit, documentation, tool setup and communication channels. Operations continue without interruption during the transition.
Can you support branches outside Prague?
Yes. We provide onsite field service across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For remote locations we coordinate a network of certified technicians with guaranteed arrival time SLA.
What's the difference between managed services and IT outsourcing?
In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably. Managed services mean proactive management and monitoring of the IT environment for a flat fee. IT outsourcing is a broader term that also includes reactive support, onsite interventions, projects and strategic consulting. Helpio provides both in one model.
Do you work with specific systems (Helios, Pohoda, SAP)?
Yes. We have specialists for Helios and Pohoda. For SAP and other enterprise systems, we provide infrastructure support and coordination with the application vendor.
Do you offer SLA with guaranteed response time?
Yes. Standard SLA includes response time of 15–60 minutes depending on incident priority and resolution time according to agreed parameters. The SLA is part of the contract and we regularly report on compliance.
Who are helpio.cz services for?

Can you help with NIS2 or ISO 27001 preparation?
Yes. We provide advisory on ISO 27001, NIS2 and other standards. We audit the current state, identify gaps and propose measures the company needs to implement for compliance.

We partner with Cisco, Sophos, Zyxel, Microsoft (M365/Azure) and Apple. Through partnerships we have access to certified technicians, discounted licenses and priority vendor support.
