Laptop & Workstation Rental

We provide business-grade laptops (Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook, Dell Latitude, Apple MacBook) and workstations tailored to your requirements. Devices are configured with your standard image, enrolled in management tools and delivered ready to use. We maintain stock for rapid deployment.

Lifecycle Management

Every device follows a defined lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and secure decommissioning. We track warranty status, battery health and performance metrics. Before end-of-life, we proactively schedule replacements so your employees always work on reliable hardware.

Swap SLA

When a device fails or needs replacement, we deliver a preconfigured replacement within the agreed SLA — typically next business day for standard locations, same day for critical roles. The faulty device is collected, data is securely wiped and it enters our refurbishment or disposal process.

Fleet Management

We maintain a complete inventory of your device fleet with detailed records: device model, serial number, assigned user, location, warranty expiry and lifecycle stage. You have visibility into your fleet at all times through regular reporting. We handle asset tagging, location tracking and audit preparation.

Secure Decommissioning

At end-of-life, devices are securely wiped according to NIST 800-88 guidelines. We provide certificates of data destruction for compliance purposes. Hardware is either refurbished for secondary use or responsibly recycled according to WEEE regulations.

How It Works

We start by understanding your device requirements: number of users, role-based hardware profiles (standard office, power user, mobile worker), locations and any specific software or security needs. Based on this, we propose a device mix and monthly per-device pricing.

Deployment can be phased (as existing devices reach end-of-life) or immediate (full fleet replacement). We handle imaging, enrollment in your management platform (Intune, JAMF), delivery to users and initial setup support.

Ongoing management includes monitoring device health, coordinating warranty repairs, managing replacements and providing regular fleet reports. You focus on your business — we make sure the hardware just works.

What is the typical rental period?

Standard rental cycles are 24 or 36 months. At the end of the cycle, devices are replaced with new equipment. Early termination or extension is possible with adjusted terms.

Yes. Most clients use a combination of standard laptops for office workers, high-performance workstations for engineers or designers, and lightweight devices for mobile workers. Each category has its own pricing.

What happens to our data when a device is returned?
